Looks unreal, doesn’t it? We all think of ourselves as special, unique, the only one, etc. And blame bosses for not paying attention to our problems and desires. In many cases, bosses are wrong.
But what if there was one person who would agree to get less money that her/his employees? There would be no need in promotional campaigns and advertising. And you will understand why. Just imagine all the buzz around that person. People all over the world would know about this businessman who makes it possible for the employees to enjoy their lives and work.
